Educational Qualification – NFL Field Representative  Recruitment 2026

• Required Degree: Regular full-time Diploma or Polytechnic degree of minimum 2 years duration in Agriculture or its sub-disciplines/ fields from a recognized institute.

• Minimum Marks: General/ OBC/ EWS candidates require at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC /ST/ PwBD/ Departmental candidates).

• Important Note: Candidates holding a Diploma in Horticulture or its sub-disciplines are not eligible to apply.

Pay Scale (Grade W-2): ₹21,500 – ₹52,000/- per month (Plus applicable allowances)

The selection will be process of following stages:

1. Offline OMR Based Examination: A written test consisting of 150 marks (100 marks for discipline-related and 50 marks for Aptitude/General awareness).
2. Merit List: Candidates must score a minimum of 50% (75 marks) to be considered for the merit list.
3. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of original certificates.
4. Medical Examination: Final selection is subject to being found medically fit.
