Business Development
Identifying new village locations, conducting primary surveys, and onboarding potential microfinance customers (such as Joint Liability Groups – JLGs).
Loan Portfolio Management
Collecting installment payments from customers on scheduled dates and ensuring cash is safely deposited into the bank on the same day.
Data Entry & Reporting
Updating all collection, remittance, and disbursement entries into the Customer Management System (CMS) daily and escalating deviations to the Branch Head.
Travel
Willingness to travel extensively within the designated rural or semi-urban operational areas.

Experienced
Minimum completion of PUC / 10+2 (Class 12th) from a recognized board.
