Graduation from a recognized University/ Institute. Note: Candidates must have passed their Graduation on or after 01.01.2022.
The candidate should be proficient in the local/official language of the respective region/area and should have studied it as a subject in the 10th or 12th standard.
Candidates must be between 20 years to 28 years of age as of 01/01/2026.
Age relaxations for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwBD categories are applicable as per government guidelines.

The selected apprentices will receive a fixed monthly stipend of Rs.13,500/- (Rs.9,000/- Bank’s Share + Rs.4,500/- Govt Share via DBT). Additionally, a conveyance allowance of up to Rs.1,250/- per month will be provided.
Unreserved Category: Rs.700/- (Inclusive of GST)
Reserved Category: Rs.500/- (Inclusive of GST)
Mode of Payment: Online via Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
Selection Process – J & K Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2026
The engagement of Apprentices will be based entirely on the merit obtained in the Online Written Test (Objective Type), followed by Document Verification.

Mandatory Step 1: Candidates must first register themselves on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at nats.education.gov.in to generate an enrolment number.
Step 2: Visit the official J&K Bank website at www.jkb.bank.in and click on the “Careers” tab.
Click on the link “Engagement of Apprentices” and then select “Click here for New Registration”.
Fill in your basic details, NATS enrolment number, educational qualifications, and communication details.
Upload your scanned Photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm), Signature (Black ink), Left Thumb Impression, and a Handwritten Declaration.
Pay the required application fee via the online payment gateway.
Submit the final application form and take a printout for future reference during document verification.
