Age Limit : Canara Bank Recruitment 2026
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years
- Candidates must have been born between 02 September 1998 and 01 September 2006 (both dates inclusive).

Educational Qualification : Canara Bank Recruitment 2026
- Candidates must possess a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
- The candidate must have passed graduation not earlier than 01 January 2023 and not later than 01 September 2026.
- Candidates who have completed training or have one or more years of job experience after completing their educational qualification are not eligible.
Selection Process : Canara Bank Recruitment 2026
- State-wise Merit List: A merit list will be prepared in descending order based on marks/ percentage obtained in the 12th Standard (HSC/ 10+2) or Diploma Examination.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: Candidates must secure a minimum of 60% marks for General/ EWS and other applicable categories, and 55% marks for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.
- Tie-breaking Rule: In case of equal percentage, older candidates will be ranked higher.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will undergo verification of all original documents.
- Local Language Test: Candidates who have not studied the specified local language in 10th or 12th standard will undergo a local language test during document verification. Failure to pass this test will lead to disqualification.
- Medical Fitness: Candidates must be declared medically fit for engagement as apprentices.
