Educational Qualification : GSSSB Junior Industrial Inspector Recruitment 2026
- Degree Candidates: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E./ B.Tech) from a recognized university.
- Diploma Candidates: Diploma in Engineering or Technology with approximately 2 years of practical experience as a technical worker in a Government body, Board, Undertaking, or private industry/company.
- Engineering Branches: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Automobile, Chemical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Metallurgy, Plastic, Rubber, Textile, Printing, etc. (Please refer to pages 5 to 8 of the official notification for the complete detailed list of eligible branches).
- Additional: Basic computer operations knowledge and adequate fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, or both languages.
- Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India, or meet other criteria as outlined in Rule-7 of the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967.
