Selection Process – MCL Asst. Foreman & Technician Recruitment 2026
The Selection process will be based on the following stages
Computer Based Test (CBT): Eligible candidates will be provisionally called for CBT on the basis of their self-declaration regarding eligibility. Scrutiny/ verification of eligibility claims will be done post-declaration of CBT results for candidates called for document verification.
Document Verification: Based on the merit order of marks secured in CBT, shortlisted qualified candidates in the ratio of 1:3 will be called for document verification. In case of a tie in marks, it will be resolved on the basis of Date of Birth (elder candidate first) and thereafter Name alphabets.
Provisional Select List: After verification of documents/ certificates, a Provisional Select List of successful candidates will be published on the official website
Final Appointment: Provisionally selected candidates will be issued an offer of appointment based on their position in the merit list and with due consideration of reservation policy of Govt. of India
Medical Fitness: Selected candidates will have to undergo Initial Medical Examination (IME) in the designated Hospital by the Company’s Doctor. Final appointment/ joining will be subject to being declared medically fit as per rule. Minimum required height of the candidate should be 60 inches
