1. A bachelor’s degree in chemistry or Microbiology or Bio-chemistry or Bio technology obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under central or a State Act in India, or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act,1956
2. Have passed the Diploma in Laboratory Technician or Medical Laboratory Technician Course of Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Technology or Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or one year Medical Laboratory Technician Training Course or Laboratory  Technician Training Course obtained from any of the Government recognized institution or Universities established

1. Have successfully completed minimum one year Multi Purpose Health Worker basic course certificate or Diploma course obtained from the education institution recognized as such by the Government
2. Minimum one year certification course of Health Sanitary Inspector/ Diploma Course obtained from education institution recognized as such by the Government

• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or Degree of Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D.) or Diploma in Pharmacy obtained from any of the university established

• Candidate have the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination from Secondary and Higher Secondary Examination Board or possess an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government

1. Female Health Worker’s basic Training Course recognized by the Government, or
2. the Auxiliary Nurse Midwife Course, recognized by the Government and have been registered by the Nursing Council
