Minimum Educational Qualification
B.E./ B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ ST candidates)
Post-Graduation (Desirable)
M.Tech qualification — additional weightage will be given during selection
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience in Central Govt./ State Govt./ Central Govt. PSUs/ State Govt. PSUs/ Other Private Organizations in relevant field of Construction/ Development/ Electrical work/ MEP etc.
Desirable/ Preferred Skills
Experience in Building Construction works
Eligibility Criteria – RLDA Site Engineer Recruitment 2026
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the closing date of application (22/05/2026). All qualifications must be from a recognized University/Institution approved by AICTE/ UGC/ Government of India. Only full-time regular courses shall be considered. Experience shall be counted after acquiring the minimum prescribed qualification. Internship/ Apprenticeship/ Training/ Teaching/ Academic/ Freelancing experience shall not be treated as qualifying experience.

Selection Process – RLDA Site Engineer Recruitment 2026
Selection will be made on the basis of shortlisting followed by an Interview. In case the total number of applicants is high, RLDA will shortlist candidates based on the selection criteria given below, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. Engagement shall be purely on contract basis for an initial period of up to one year, extendable as per project requirement and satisfactory performance. One-month advance notice shall be required from either side for termination of contract.
