Additional Assistant Engineer:

• A candidate shall possess – “Diploma in Electrical Engineering obtained from the Technical Examination Board or any of the Universities or institutions established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared as deemed to be a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government: Provided that the candidate holding bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering shall not be eligible to apply.”

Live Stock Inspector:

• A candidate have passed three years diploma in Animal Husbandry from any of Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Agricultural or Veterinary University Acts :
• Provided that the candidate who have obtained requisite qualification through Distance Learning Mode shall not be eligible ;
• Rule Possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules 1967

Gram Sevak:

• A candidate shall possess Bachelor of Rural Studies (except Bachelor of Rural Studies in Home Science) / B.Sc.(Agriculture) / B.E.
  (Agriculture) /B.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering) / B.Sc. (Horticulture) degree obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 ; or
• Diploma in Agriculture or Horticulture or Agriculture Engineering or Agro-processing or Polytechnic Diploma in Agriculture Co operation Banking and Marketing obtained from any of the Agriculture Universities incorporated or established by or under the Central Agriculture Universities Act or a State Agriculture Universities Act in India;

A candidate shall possess adequate
knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or Both.
